Hi, I am a graphic design student from liverpool. for my dissertation (due in a couple of weeks) i am writing about the topic of sustainable design. As part of this my tutor has asked me to include in my appendix a detailed outline of "recycle" laws governing paper manufacture. He suggested i may be able to download this from a paper merchant, if you could point me in the right direction or forward me a copy this would be a great help.
